Rakesh Babu Gogineni owns Sri Manikanta Swamy Agri Farm, an authorized Kubota tractor and harvester dealership in West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, India. He has filed warranty claims himself, from the dealer side of the counter, on his own equipment, and knows what a denial does to a month.
That is the whole origin of this business. The work was already being done inside one service department; it turned out to be work most single- and two-store dealers would rather hand to someone else.
His background outside the dealership is engineering — data pipelines at Infosys, and since then the document and workflow systems this business runs on. That is why a claim leaving our desk has already been checked before anyone sends it: causal part flagged, meter reading present, part and defect codes mapped to the failure. People do the work. The systems make sure nothing goes to the manufacturer with a hole in it.
This is his full-time work, not a side business. Call the number on this site during US business hours and you get him — not an account manager, not a queue, not a rep who covers four states. At our size that is simply true, and it is worth more to a two-store dealer than a national footprint is.

What we are
Rocky Solutions LLC is outsourced back-office administration for equipment dealerships. We prepare, document, and submit manufacturer warranty claims on the dealer’s behalf.
We are not an insurer, not an extended warranty provider, not a claims adjuster, and not a collection agency. We do not sell warranties and we do not decide what gets paid — the manufacturer does that. Our job is to give them nothing to object to.
We are not an authorized agent, partner, or representative of any manufacturer. Manufacturers are named on this site factually, where naming them is the clearest way to say what we do.
Because we have no client references yet, we publish what we charge in full — every monthly tier and the contingency percentage — so a dealer can work out the cost before speaking to us.
How the work gets done
The contracting entity is Rocky Solutions LLC, registered in Missouri, USA. The team that prepares your claims works from India. We say that plainly because you would find out anyway, and because it is the reason the service works: a repair order closed on Friday afternoon in Missouri is a prepared claim before your service drive opens on Monday.
