Remote by design, and honest about what that means
We do not have an office, staff, or a physical presence in this state. Rocky Solutions LLC is registered in Missouri and the team that prepares claims works remotely, which is how we serve dealerships anywhere in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom on the same terms. If a local presence is what you need, we are not it, and we would rather say so here than on the call.
The pages below describe what dealerships in each state actually service and how their year is shaped, because that is what determines when warranty administration gets deferred. They do not claim a local office, a local team, or local clients, because we have none of those.
United States
Ten states, described rather than listed
Missouri
Missouri dealerships tend to run a genuinely mixed book — row-crop equipment for the corn and soybean ground, hay and forage for a large cattle sector, and compact and construction equipment for contractors and acreage owners. Few stores are purely one thing.
Iowa
Predominantly corn and soybean equipment: high-horsepower tractors, combines and headers, planters, tillage, and grain handling. Large machines, high claim values, and a customer base for whom downtime during a narrow window is not negotiable.
Illinois
Downstate, row-crop agriculture on a scale close to Iowa's — large tractors, combines, planters and tillage. Toward the north and the metropolitan area, a substantial construction and rental equipment market serving contractors rather than farmers.
Indiana
Row-crop agriculture through the centre and south — corn, soybeans, and the tractors, combines and tillage that go with them. In the north, an RV dealer and supplier concentration around the Elkhart corridor, plus construction and compact equipment statewide.
Ohio
Corn, soybean and wheat equipment alongside a significant livestock and dairy sector that keeps hay and forage equipment moving. Compact tractors and construction equipment serve contractors and rural property owners across the state.
Minnesota
Corn and soybean equipment through the south, sugar beet and small grain equipment toward the Red River Valley in the north-west, and a substantial dairy and livestock sector keeping hay and forage equipment in service.
Wisconsin
Hay and forage equipment in quantity — mowers, balers, choppers and mixers — alongside tractors and the handling and feeding equipment a dairy operation runs daily. Row-crop equipment supports the corn and soybean ground that feeds it.
Texas
Cattle operations driving hay equipment and compact tractors, cotton and grain equipment across the plains, and one of the largest construction and rental equipment markets in the country serving sustained building activity.
California
Orchard and vineyard tractors, specialty harvesting and handling equipment, nut and fruit processing support, and irrigation-related machinery, alongside a large construction and compact equipment market.
Georgia
Peanut, cotton and grain equipment, poultry and livestock operations, forestry and land-clearing equipment, and compact tractors and construction machinery serving contractors and rural property owners.
Not listed does not mean not served. These are the states we have written pages for, not the limit of where we work — if your state is not here, nothing about the service or the pricing is different.
Outside the United States
Canada and the United Kingdom
We work with dealerships in Canada and the United Kingdom on the same terms as US dealers. Our privacy policy covers UK GDPR and PIPEDA for that reason rather than as boilerplate.
The practical difference is time zones, and it works in your favour more often than not — the team preparing claims works from India, which is why a repair order closed on a Friday afternoon is a prepared claim before the service drive opens on Monday.
