RV dealers

One unit, several manufacturers, several deadlines

Outsourced warranty administration for RV dealerships, towable and motorised. The technical work is rarely what costs you here — the loss is administrative, and it happens before anyone looks at the failure.

The problem

Why claims leak in rv dealers

An RV is not one warranty. The chassis sits with one manufacturer, the coach with another, and the appliances inside it with a handful of component suppliers — each with its own portal, its own process, and its own deadline. A single customer complaint can generate three claims to three parties, and getting the split wrong means billing the wrong entity or not opening the claim at all.

That is an administrative failure rather than a technical one, which is why it is so easy to miss. Nobody in the service department made a mistake diagnosing the fault. The claim simply went to the party that did not owe it, or the component supplier was never contacted, and by the time anyone notices, the window has moved.

The volume of small component claims makes it worse. Each one is individually not worth chasing, and collectively they are the difference between a warranty department that pays for itself and one that does not.

What we do about it

The work, specifically

01

The split worked out before the claim is written

Chassis, coach, or component — which party actually owes the repair, decided at the repair order rather than after a rejection comes back from the wrong one.

02

One claim opened per responsible party

Where a single complaint generates several claims, each goes to the right programme, to that programme’s requirements, inside that programme’s window.

03

Component supplier claims actually pursued

The small appliance and component claims that individually are not worth anyone’s afternoon, filed as a matter of routine rather than when someone has time.

04

Denials and misdirected claims reworked

Claims that were sent to the wrong party, or denied on documentation, rebuilt and resubmitted within programme rules on a share of what comes back.

Bring a month of rv repair orders and your last few denials. We will tell you what we would have filed differently, whether or not you hire us.

What it costs

Published rates, and a way in that costs nothing

Your first five claims cost you nothing unless we recover.

You pay a percentage of what actually comes back, and nothing at all if nothing comes back. No monthly rate until you have seen the work.

Ongoing administration runs from $900 a month for up to 20 claims to $2,900 for up to 100, priced on claim volume rather than store count, with machine registration included at every tier. Denied and out-of-window claims are worked on contingency at 20% of what is actually recovered. Every rate is published, because we have no client references yet and you should be able to work out what we cost before you speak to us.

Questions

RV dealers, specifically

Can you deal with chassis, coach, and appliance warranties separately?

Yes — treating them separately is the actual work. One customer complaint on an RV can generate three claims to three different parties, and the most common administrative loss in this trade is a claim sent to whoever seemed obvious rather than to whoever owes it. We work out the responsible party at the repair order, then file to each programme on its own terms.

We have a backlog of component claims nobody chased. Can you take those?

Yes, and that is a good first job for us because it costs you nothing to try. Backlog and denied claims are worked on contingency: 20% of what is actually recovered, no fee if nothing is recovered, and no charge for the attempt. It is also the fastest way for you to see whether the work is any good before you commit to a monthly rate.

How quickly do claims get filed?

The team preparing your claims works from India, which is the reason a repair order closed on Friday afternoon is a prepared claim before your service drive opens on Monday. We say that plainly on our about page rather than burying it — the time difference is the mechanism, not a detail to hide.

Other trades we work in

  • Agricultural equipment

Tractors, harvesters, hay and forage, and the seasonal peaks that bury a service department.

  • Construction equipment

Excavators, skid steers, compact track loaders, and mixed rental fleets.

  • HVAC contractors

Residential and light commercial service work, high job count, low value per claim.
