What this costs
We publish our rates because we have no client references yet. You should be able to work out what we cost before you speak to us.
Start here
Your first five claims cost you nothing unless we recover.
Hand us five claims — denied, unfiled, or whatever is stuck. You pay a percentage of what actually comes back, and nothing at all if nothing comes back. No monthly rate until you have seen the work, no setup fee, and no contract to sign to find out whether we are any good.
Ongoing claims
$900 – $2,900
a month
Prepared, documented, and filed as they come off the floor. Priced on claim volume, not store count.
Denied claims
20%
of what we recover
We work your denials and your out-of-window backlog. If nothing comes back, you pay nothing.
Ongoing work
Monthly administration
Preparing, documenting, and submitting your warranty claims as they come off the shop floor. Priced on the claims you actually file, not on your store count.
Monthly rates are per dealership group, not per store. Machine registration is included at every tier.
Backlog and denials
20% of what comes back
For claims already denied, or sitting unfiled past the submission window, we work them on a share of what we recover: 20% of the amount actually paid. If nothing is recovered, there is no fee. You are never billed for the attempt.
An illustration, not a past result
Worked arithmetic to show how the fee applies. These are not our figures from a real engagement — we have no North American clients yet, and we are not going to dress a hypothetical up as a case study.
The percentage is the more expensive way to buy the work, and that is deliberate. A dealer filing 40 claims a month pays $1,750 on the monthly rate; the same volume on a percentage would cost considerably more. The percentage exists so you can hand us a backlog with no budget approval and no risk — if we are wrong about your denials, that is our loss, not yours.

Founding terms
- No setup or onboarding fee.
- Your monthly rate held for twelve months.
- Thirty days notice to stop. No annual contract, no minimum term.
We have no North American clients yet. You would be among the first, and these terms are how we price that risk — you are taking a chance on an unproven supplier, and the cancellation terms should reflect it.
Why it costs this
Where the money goes
The work is done by a team of four warranty administrators who file these claims every day at our own Kubota dealership. They are in India, which is the reason these numbers are what they are. We would rather say that plainly than have you wonder how the price is possible.
Compare it against the fully-loaded cost of the service writer or warranty administrator seat you are currently trying to fill — including the months it sits empty, and the months after that person leaves.
What is not included
- We do not adjust claims or decide what an OEM owes you. We prepare, document, and submit; the manufacturer decides.
- We are not an extended warranty provider and we do not sell warranty products.
- We hold no OEM authorization or endorsement. We work inside your dealer credentials, on your behalf.
Bring a month of repair orders and your last few denials, and we will tell you which tier you fall into before you commit to anything.
Questions about the rates
What dealers ask about price
How much does outsourced warranty claim administration cost?
Ongoing administration is $900 a month for up to 20 claims, $1,750 for 21 to 50, and $2,900 for 51 to 100 — roughly $45, $35, and $29 a claim respectively. Above 100 claims a month it is quoted, under $29 a claim. Rates are per dealership group rather than per store, and machine registration is included at every tier.
What do you charge to recover a denied warranty claim?
Denied and out-of-window claims are worked on contingency: 20% of the amount actually paid on resubmission. If nothing is recovered there is no fee, and you are never billed for the attempt. It is the more expensive way to buy the work, and it exists so a dealer can hand over a backlog without budget approval.
Is there a setup fee, a contract, or a minimum term?
No to all three. There is no setup or onboarding fee, no annual contract, and no minimum term — thirty days notice ends it. For the first five North American dealers, the monthly rate is also held for twelve months.
Can we try it before paying a monthly rate?
Yes. Your first five claims are contingency-only: hand us five claims that are denied, unfiled, or otherwise stuck, pay a percentage of what actually comes back, and pay nothing if nothing comes back. No monthly rate starts until you have seen the work.
Why we publish rates at all is on the about page — we have no client references yet, and this is the substitute.
