Case studies
Five claims, one page each, including the one that fell short
This is the whole of our claim history — not a selection from it. Five warranty claims prepared and submitted end to end inside our founder’s own Kubota dealership, with the figures as they were recorded. Four were approved in full. One was not, and it has a page like the rest.
The record
All five, as recorded
MU5502 engine rebuild warranty claim
$2,157 claimed · 100% recovered
A full engine rebuild on an MU5502 4WD tractor, prepared and submitted as a warranty claim. Claimed $2,157, approved $2,157 — the largest claim in our pilot.
DC68G harvester rubber crawler warranty claim
$1,172 claimed · 91.8% recovered
A rubber crawler cut during field operation on a DC68G harvester. Claimed $1,172, approved $1,076 — the one claim in our pilot not paid in full, and why.
L4508 gear case cover and transmission set warranty claim
$1,119 claimed · 100% recovered
Gear case cover damage on an L4508 4WD tractor, repaired with a transmission set. Claimed $1,119, approved $1,119 on first submission.
L4508 gear case cover and bevel gear assembly warranty claim
$731 claimed · 100% recovered
Gear case cover damage on an L4508 4WD tractor, repaired with a bevel gear assembly. Claimed $731, approved $731 on first submission.
L4508 muffler damage warranty claim
$123 claimed · 100% recovered
Muffler damage from deep-puddling work on an L4508 4WD tractor. Claimed $123, approved $123 — the smallest claim in our pilot, and the argument for filing small claims at all.
Across all five: $5,302 claimed, $5,206 approved, 98.2% of claimed value recovered, all approved on first submission.
What this is and isn’t. This is our own dealership, not a client, and these are Indian Kubota claims — not US, UK, or Canadian OEM claims. Five claims is a small sample and we’re not going to present it as more than it is. We publish it because it’s the claim data we own outright and because it shows the work we actually do. We don’t have North American references yet. You’d be among the first, and we’d price it that way.
Why publish the shortfall
A record with no misses is a selection
The rubber crawler claim on the DC68G harvester came back at 91.8% rather than in full. It would have been straightforward to leave that page out of this index and describe the other four as our case studies, and the resulting set would have read as a perfect record.
We publish it because a warranty administrator who shows you only the claims that cleared at 100% has told you nothing about what happens when one does not — which is the case you actually need to price. Four of five paid in full. One did not. That one has a page.
Next step
Your claims, not ours
Five claims from one dealership in one country tells you how we work. It does not tell you what we would recover for you, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Bring a month of repair orders and your last few denials, and you will get a straight answer about what is recoverable — whether or not you hire us.
