Denied-claim recovery

Most denied claims are a documentation problem, not an eligibility problem

Hand us the denials you wrote off. We work out what each denial code actually objected to, rebuild the documentation around it, and resubmit within the programme rules — paid as a share of what actually comes back, and nothing at all if nothing does.

The problem

Why this costs dealers money

A denial gets read once, by someone with a full board in front of them, and filed. That is entirely rational in the moment and expensive across a year, because the denial code is not usually saying "this repair was not covered". It is far more often saying "this claim did not show me something I needed to see".

Those are completely different problems with completely different economics. An ineligible claim is dead. A claim denied on documentation is a claim where the money is still there and the paperwork was the obstacle — and the paperwork is fixable.

What stops dealers reworking them is not disagreement about that. It is that reworking a denial is slow, uncertain work with no deadline attached, so it never wins against the work that has one. The pile grows, ages, and eventually falls out of window.

What we do

The work, specifically

01

The denial code read properly

What the programme actually objected to, separated from what the code appears to say at a glance. This is the step that decides whether a claim is worth reworking at all, and we would rather tell you a claim is dead than bill you for chasing it.

02

Documentation rebuilt around the objection

Evidence assembled to answer the specific gap — causal part, failure evidence, meter and serial, the jobcard trail — rather than the same claim resubmitted with a covering note asking for reconsideration.

03

Resubmitted within programme rules

Inside whatever the programme permits for resubmission or appeal. We do not argue with manufacturers, and we do not pretend we can make one pay something it does not owe. We make the documentation give it no reason to say no.

04

A straight answer on what is not recoverable

Some of the pile will be genuinely ineligible or genuinely out of time. You get told which, in plain terms, and we do not spend your afternoon or our own on it.

Bring a month of repair orders and your last few denials. We will tell you what we would have filed differently, whether or not you hire us.

What it costs

Published, before you speak to us

Contingency: 20% of what is actually recovered, no fee if nothing is recovered, and no charge for looking. A backlog needs no budget approval, and if we are wrong about what is recoverable the loss is ours.

Every rate is published in full, because we have no client references yet and you should be able to work out what we cost before you get on a call with us.

Questions

Denied-claim recovery, specifically

How old can a denied claim be?

It depends entirely on the programme — resubmission and appeal windows vary by manufacturer, and we will not quote you a number that we would then have to qualify. Send the pile. Part of what you get back is a straight answer about which of it is still live, and that answer costs you nothing.

What if you recover nothing?

Then you pay nothing. That is the whole point of pricing this on contingency rather than by the hour: the risk of being wrong about a pile of old denials belongs with the people claiming they can recover it, not with the dealership that already lost the money once.

Is this a good way to try you out?

It is the best one, and we say so on the call. It costs you nothing but the time to hand over the file, it shows you the quality of the work on your own claims rather than our dealership’s, and it does not require you to commit to a monthly rate before you have seen anything.

Do you handle claims that were never filed at all?

Yes, on the same terms. Unfiled and out-of-window claims are worked on contingency alongside denials. In seasonal trades the unfiled pile is often larger than the denied one, because the claims that never got written during the crush are invisible in a way denials are not.

The other service lines

  • Warranty administration

Ongoing preparation, documentation, and submission of your manufacturer warranty claims. Repair orders come to us, documented claims go to the programme, inside the filing window.

  • Machine registration

Machine registrations filed inside the manufacturer window, so coverage starts when it should and a claim two years from now does not open with an argument about eligibility.

  • Warranty audit preparation

Documentation kept in a defensible state, so a manufacturer warranty audit is a morning of pulling files rather than a quarter of exposure and chargebacks.
